Metro-50: Level 4 Hike on the Hemlock Trail

10am. Enjoy the natural beauty of Clear Creek in the winter with a rugged 3-mile hike on the Hemlock Trail and along the creek. Ages 50 and older. This hike will be approximately 3-miles and last about 2.5 hours. It will cover rugged terrain. The trail will most likely be slippery in spots. Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear and bring water and snacks. Not wheelchair accessible.

10-11am, 12-1pm 2-3pm. The public is invited to bring your children and enjoy a fun-filled educational program designed for kids preschool to 5th grade. They will enjoy a different lesson every month, with an activity and a craft to complement the lesson. Annual Winter Walk

10am. Hocking Soil Water Conservation District invites you to join us at the Bishop Educational Gardens for a brisk winter walk. The leisurely hike will give us a chance to look for signs of animals that aren't necessarily dormant during this time of year. In fact, many animal species don't wait for spring to begin courting. Come out and join us for some fresh winter air get those stir-crazy children outdoors, too Come prepared for the weather with good hiking shoes or boots, appropriate dress and a walking stick if you have one. Some challenging terrain. Hot beverages, soup cookies will follow the hike.
